The
Records Division is responsible for entering all reports filed by
deputies and filing same with the Tennessee Incident Based Reporting
System maintained by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Records
personnel also conduct all secretarial/clerical functions -- correspondence,
records management, accounting, personnel, transcripts of interviews,
telephone switchboard, etc.
Persons
coming to the Sheriff's Office needing assistance may contact the
Clerk at the front window and she will handle your request by directing
you to the appropriate person or department. i.e., visit the sheriff
or other personnel, request copy of report, obtain money from your
inmate account, etc.
